 I found out I had celiac disease in 7th grade and as of now a sophomore in college. I feel like no one knows of the complexities.

Some of these events aren't exact, but they are similar to events that, I as well as some of the celiac disease community, have went through.

"So, what is Celiac Disease?"

Well to put it simply, it is a autoimmune disorder that damages the small intestine. It is triggered when the recipient eats food containing gluten. Gluten is found in wheat, barley, rye, and other grains.
