Welcome to a choice, text based story simulating my life dealing with Interpersonal relations surrounding Celiac Disease.

 The story follows how I found out I had celiac disease and goes through a week of having Celiac Disease. 

I found out in 7th grade and as of now I'm a sophomore in college. I feel like no one knows of the complexities of having Celiac Disease.

"So, what is Celiac Disease?"

Well to put it simply, it is an autoimmune disorder that damages the small intestine. It is triggered when the recipient eats food containing gluten. Gluten is found in wheat, barley, rye, and other grains.

It has been a huge stressful journey and without a cure it will continue to be my journey, but I will continue to keep going with a smile!

Some of these events aren't exactly what happened, but they are similar to events that I, as well as some of the celiac disease community, have gone through.
